Just wanted to tell you…you were right. Last year at this time you commented on one of my posts about stopping my anti-depressants, cautioning me to be careful. I barely realized in time this time. Thanks for having the courage to warn someone you didn’t know. You never know when your words will make a difference.

It is not a weakness needing medication. Do you consider those who take blood pressure or cholesterol reducing medication weak? I certainly do not. I feel the same way about depression and other mental illnesses–the body chemistry is not working properly and something can help you, you are not less of a person for taking it.
I’m glad my words made a difference, although I’m told I can be rather bossy… I hope I didn’t come off that way in my initial comment.
